Istanbul Private Layover Bosphorus & Shopping Tour with Airport Transfers
Your private guide meets you at the airport and you drive into the city to discover Istanbul through its lively markets and famous Bosphorus views.
We start at the Spice Market, a historic bazaar full of rich aromas and bright colours, with spices, Turkish delight, dried fruits and traditional local products. You have free time to explore one of the city's most atmospheric markets.
Next is a Bosphorus cruise with wonderful views of Istanbul from the water. You sail between Europe and Asia, past elegant Ottoman palaces, historic waterfront mansions and the city's famous suspension bridges.
After the cruise we visit the Grand Bazaar, one of the oldest and largest covered markets in the world. Its thousands of shops offer handcrafted ceramics, textiles, jewellery, leather goods and unique souvenirs.
Finally, we visit a traditional carpet workshop, where you watch a live weaving demonstration and learn about the craftsmanship and cultural importance of handmade Turkish rugs.
At the end of the tour you are driven back to the airport for your onward flight.
