Overnight in Istanbul.

After breakfast and check-out you are transferred to Istanbul Airport for your domestic flight to Izmir. On arrival you meet your licensed biblical guide and begin with Smyrna, one of the Seven Churches of Revelation.

You continue to Pergamon, known for its Acropolis, its steep theatre and the Red Basilica, a site linked to early Christianity, before driving on to your hotel.

After breakfast you visit three of the Seven Churches of Revelation: Thyatira, Sardis and Philadelphia. With your licensed biblical guide you see archaeological remains, ancient churches and learn the stories of the early Christian communities.

After breakfast you travel to Laodicea, one of the most important churches in the Book of Revelation. You continue to Hierapolis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its Roman ruins and early Christian history, and end the day on the white travertine terraces of Pamukkale before returning to Kusadasi.

After breakfast and check-out you explore the Ancient City of Ephesus, home to one of the Seven Churches of Revelation and one of the best-preserved Roman cities in the world. You then visit the House of the Virgin Mary, believed to be the last home of Mary, the mother of Jesus, and the Basilica of St. John, built over the traditional burial site of the Apostle John.

After the tour you are transferred to Izmir Airport for your evening flight to Istanbul, and then by private transfer to your hotel.

If you wish, you can also add an optional visit to the Basilica Cistern.
