Aegean Legends: Turkey & Greece Tour | 15 Days & 14 Nights
Aegean Legends follows the great stories of both shores of the Aegean. In Turkey you explore Istanbul, fly to the fairy chimneys of Cappadocia and walk the ancient streets of Ephesus.
You then cross to Greece for the Acropolis and the Plaka in Athens, and finish with three nights on Santorini, with its white villages and sunsets over the caldera.

Tag 1 - Ankunft in Istanbul
Our team meets you at Istanbul Airport and takes you to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.
Tag 2 - Altstadt-Tour in Istanbul
After breakfast your guide takes you through the Old City:
- Hagia Sophia
- Blue Mosque
- Hippodrome (Sultanahmet Square)
- Topkapi Palace
- Basilica Cistern
- Grand Bazaar
Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 3 - Bosphorus and Spice Market
After breakfast you explore the Bosphorus side of Istanbul:
- Spice Market (Egyptian Bazaar)
- Bosphorus cruise between Europe and Asia
- Dolmabahce Palace
- Ortakoy
- Taksim Square and Istiklal Street
Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 4 - Flight to Cappadocia and North Cappadocia Tour
You fly to Cappadocia and join the North Cappadocia tour:
- Uchisar Castle
- Goreme Open Air Museum
- Pasabag (Monks Valley)
- Devrent Valley
- Avanos pottery town
Overnight in Cappadocia.
Tag 5 - Süd-Kappadokien-Tour
(Optional) Early in the morning you can join a hot air balloon flight over the valleys of Cappadocia, followed by a small celebration and flight certificate.
After breakfast you join the South Cappadocia tour:
- Kaymakli or Derinkuyu Underground City
- Pigeon Valley
- Ortahisar
- Mustafapasa (Sinasos)
Overnight in Cappadocia.
Day 6 - Flight to Izmir and Kusadasi
After breakfast you fly to Izmir and are transferred to your hotel in Kusadasi. The afternoon is free by the sea. Overnight in Kusadasi.
Tag 7 - Ephesus-Tour
After breakfast your guide takes you to:
- Ephesus Ancient City: Great Theatre, Library of Celsus, Temple of Hadrian, Curetes Street
- Terrace Houses
- House of the Virgin Mary
- Temple of Artemis
Overnight in Kusadasi.
Day 8 - Pamukkale Day Trip
A full-day trip to Pamukkale:
- Pamukkale travertine terraces
- Hierapolis Ancient City and theatre
- Necropolis
- Cleopatra Pool (optional swim, extra fee)
You return to Kusadasi in the evening. Overnight in Kusadasi.
Day 9 - Transfer to Athens
After breakfast you travel from Turkey to Athens (by flight, or by ferry via Samos depending on the season). You are transferred to your hotel in Athens. Overnight in Athens.
Day 10 - Athens: Acropolis and Plaka
After breakfast you visit the Acropolis with the Parthenon and the Erechtheion, the Acropolis Museum and the old Plaka quarter. Overnight in Athens.
Day 11 - Free Day in Athens
A free day in Athens. Optional: a day trip to Cape Sounion and the Temple of Poseidon, or a cruise to the Saronic islands. Overnight in Athens.
Day 12 - Ferry to Santorini
In the morning you are transferred to Piraeus port for the ferry to Santorini. On arrival you are taken to your hotel. Overnight in Santorini.
Day 13 - Santorini Villages
After breakfast you explore Fira and the village of Oia, famous for its white houses, blue domes and sunset over the caldera. Overnight in Santorini.
Day 14 - Free Day in Santorini
A free day for the beaches of Santorini. Optional: a caldera boat trip with the volcano and hot springs. Overnight in Santorini.
Day 15 - Departure
After breakfast you are transferred to Santorini Airport for your flight home.
